The “not sick enough” problem.
There's a massive space between “I feel amazing” and “I need a doctor.” Most people live there every single day.
Low energy. Brain fog. Restless sleep. Nagging gut issues. Wondering if your supplements are actually doing anything. Not sure if your workout routine is helping or hurting. You're not going to book a $200 copay appointment for any of that. So you just... live with it.
And your quality of life quietly erodes — not because something's seriously wrong, but because nobody's connecting the dots on the small stuff.

Insight between visits for most people
Your health between doctor visits.
You see your doctor maybe twice a year. That's 30 minutes of professional insight out of 525,600 minutes. What about the other 363 days?
Panora Health AI is the layer that fills that gap. It connects your blood work, nutrition, supplements, workouts, sleep, and wearable data into one picture — and helps you understand what's actually going on in your body, in plain language.
Not diagnosis. Not prescriptions. Just awareness — the kind of cross-domain insight that used to require a concierge doctor, a personal trainer, a nutritionist, and a health coach all talking to each other.
Be informed, not surprised.
Most people find out something's off at the doctor's office — after it's already a conversation. Panora Health AI helps you understand your body's patterns now, so you walk into your next appointment informed instead of blindsided.
Someone tracking their iron panel over six months and seeing a gradual downward trend isn't getting a diagnosis — they're getting awareness. And that awareness leads to better conversations with their doctor, better questions, and better outcomes.
Panora Health AI provides wellness information, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
This started in Tanzania.
Our founder traveled to rural Tanzania in high school and saw something that changed his trajectory: communities where people were dying from diseases that cost pennies to prevent.
Cholera from contaminated water. Typhoid from unsafe sanitation. Parasitic infections that a single well or a basic clinic could eliminate. In a country where there is 1 doctor for every 25,000 people — compared to 1 for every 300 in the US — access to basic healthcare isn't a given. It's a privilege.
That trip led to the Malachi 310 Project, a charity that has raised over $400,000 and built real infrastructure in Tanzania.

From clean water to health intelligence.
The lesson from Tanzania was simple: access saves lives.
Access to clean water eliminates cholera. Access to a clinic catches infections early. Access to basic nutrition prevents malnutrition.
But access gaps aren't just a developing-world problem. Over 100 million Americans struggle to access primary care. In rural communities, preventive screening rates sit at 35% — meaning the majority of treatable conditions go undetected. People aren't dying from lack of technology. They're dying from lack of access to it.
Panora Health AI was built on a belief that the same principle applies to health intelligence: when people have access to clear, evidence-based insight about their own bodies, they make better decisions. Not everyone can afford a concierge doctor, a personal trainer, a nutritionist, and a health coach. But everyone deserves the kind of cross-domain health insight that those professionals provide.
10% of profits. Every quarter. No exceptions.
Panora Health AI commits 10% of all profits to healthcare access initiatives:
Global

This isn't a marketing campaign. It's written into our operating agreement. When you use Panora Health AI, you're funding healthcare access for people who need it most.
Built by people who've done this before.
