Is Panora medical advice?
No. Panora Health AI is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always work with a qualified healthcare provider for any clinical decisions. See our full Health Disclaimer.
How is my health data protected?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure with point-in-time recovery, and never sold. We use row-level security so only you can access your records. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy and How We Protect Your Data.
Can I connect Apple Health / HealthKit?
Yes. Panora reads from Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS to bring sleep, heart-rate, workout, and recovery context into your insights. Panora never writes back to HealthKit, and you can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Panora.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through Apple, manage your subscription in your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. If you subscribed on the web, open the billing link inside your Panora account, or contact us and we'll take care of it.
How do I delete my account?
Open Panora, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and follow the confirmation flow. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period before permanent purge, so you can reverse it if you change your mind. If you need help, email admin@panorahealth.ai.
Can I share my data with my doctor?
Yes — in-app sharing is granular and per-instance. You choose exactly which data categories to share, who to share with, and you can revoke access at any time. Revocation permanently deletes the shared summary.
Does Panora replace my doctor?
No. Panora is a wellness companion, not a clinical care provider. It cannot diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional medical judgment. Continue regular check-ups with your healthcare provider and discuss any concerning patterns with them.
