Delete Everything, Anytime
You can permanently delete all your health data with one click. When you delete, we actually delete — no hidden copies, no backups kept indefinitely. Gone is gone.
HIPAA-Grade Infrastructure
We built our infrastructure to meet HIPAA security standards — the same rules that hospitals follow. Your data lives in a secure, SOC 2 certified cloud environment with automatic backups.
No Employee Snooping
No Panora Health AI employee can view your individual health data without a formal access request that is logged in our audit trail. We take internal access as seriously as external threats.
AI Safety Guardrails
Every AI response passes through a code-level safety filter before you see it. If the AI tries to use clinical language, make diagnoses, or provide medical advice, the response is automatically blocked and rewritten.
Transparent & Auditable
We log every access to health data — who accessed it, when, and why. You can request a full accounting of how your data has been used at any time.
